Quant Strategist

We're looking for a
Quant Strategist
to join our
Financial Division
at CoinW — one of the world's leading digital asset exchanges.

This is a high-priority role supporting our
DeriW and other innovative business lines
, ideal for candidates passionate about quantitative trading, machine learning, and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, implement, and maintain
  machine learning algorithms
  for trading strategies and risk control.
• Conduct
  quantitative strategy research
  using ML methods and finance theory, aligned with the company's risk-return objectives.
• Monitor market dynamics
  in real time; analyze trading performance and data to improve strategy outcomes.
• Deliver detailed
  performance reports
  and make recommendations for optimization.
• Support the team with ad-hoc analysis, data organization, and trading rule evaluation.

Requirements

• Education:
  Master's or PhD degree preferred (Bachelor's accepted with strong experience).
• Experience:
  Open to all levels; prior experience in the
  crypto or financial trading industry
  is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong
  Python programming
  and data analysis abilities.
• Understanding of
  financial market mechanisms
  and risk management.
• Language:
  English proficiency (Level A – fluent in business communication).
• Other:
  Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills; ability to perform under pressure.
