Role Responsibilities

·       Document high level product needs and any integrations / dependencies

·       Produce the detailed design

·       Produce Business Requirements Document (BRD) with an evaluation of effort required to setup and test the product in Acturis – for input into the project plan

·       Liaise with Client Product Owner to agree detailed design and solution / configuration

·       Support the Data Analyst to document data migration approach

·       BA to support client with engaging with Acturis as required for any development needs.

·       BA to setup product(s) and configure workflows and documentation in Acturis

·       BA to support Test Analyst to create test plan and test scenarios and to conduct product testing and triage defects.

·       BA to produce training material for in person and remote delivery – supported by WNS

·       BA to produce support notes and support production of Role Based Access (RBA) spreadsheet for the new users so service desk can setup new users

Experience Required

·       Min 5 years of experience with Acturis, specifically experience with configuration of products and workflows to support the onboarding of a broking entity onto the Acturis platform

·       Min 5 years as a Business Analyst

·       Good understanding of Insurance broking operations

·       Desirable: understanding of retail products e.g. Property, Motor, Professional Indemnity

Skills Required

·       Process Mapping using Visio or similar tool

·       Defect Triage, Issue Logging and Tracking of defects using JIRA or similar tools

·       Business Requirements Documentation using excel or Word in the format of User Stories and Use Cases

·       Production of test scenarios and test conditions using excel or Word
