Title: SMB Back-to-Back Sales Representative
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Summary:
We are hiring an SMB IT Hardware Sales Representative (Back-to-Back Sales) to manage and grow sales within small and medium-sized business customers. This role involves handling the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while working closely with distributors and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of IT hardware sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and solid knowledge of servers, storage, networking, and related solutions. You will build long-term customer relationships, provide tailored recommendations, and consistently achieve sales targets. Experience with CRM systems and the back-to-back sales model is a strong advantage.
Must-Have
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably IT hardware/technology.
- Experience handling end-to-end sales cycle (lead to close).
- Exposure to back-to-back sales (working with distributors/resellers).
- Basic to strong knowledge of IT hardware (PCs, servers, networking, storage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Able to work with CRM systems.
- Comfortable working with SMB customers.
Good-to-Have
- Experience with branded products (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.).
- Existing SMB customer base or channel network.
- Knowledge of IT pricing, margin structures, and vendor programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Marketing
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM8, RM15,000.00 per month
