Key Responsibilities:

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications
  • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality, performance, and stability of features
  • Identify, document, and track bugs in ClickUp (or relevant tracking tools)
  • Collaborate closely with product team and developers to replicate and resolve issues efficiently
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with clients and gather feedback for improvements
  • Ensure regression testing is conducted before releases
  • Maintain proper QA documentation, including test reports and release notes
  • Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies
