Front Office Assistant

- To greet and answering the phone, redirecting calls, directing customers and taking message.
- To assist in daily operations work
- Handles Front Desk operations such as handling arrivals, check-ins (registration), and departures for check-outs (cashiering) of all Hotel guest.
- Responding promptly to all guests requests, enquiries and complaints.
- Ensure all complaints and requests are immediately resolved and follow through with relevant supporting departments.
- Ability to work on shift.
- To conduct any other duties as may be assigned by Superior to ensure the achievement of desired departmental working efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
