About the role:

Aneka Bena M.N. Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Civil / Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Melaka. As a full-time Civil / Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, design, and execution of our diverse civil engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans and timelines

Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify and mitigate potential challenges

Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for project proposals

Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards

Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members

Continuously explore innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and sustainability

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in civil engineering project management for building construction

Proficient in the use of CAD software, project management tools, and other relevant engineering software

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or in the process of obtaining registration
