Position: Junior Solutions Consultant

Location: Puchong

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote innovative healthcare technology solutions to potential and current clients.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities to meet and exceed individual and company sales objectives.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing continuous support and practical guidance.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and prepare tailored proposals that address client needs.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams to help refine and improve products.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Basic understanding of software solutions, IT systems, or enterprise products is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear business value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fresh graduates with a technical background and a passion to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to travel across Malaysia to meet clients and support business growth.
  • A team player with adaptability and a customer-first mindset.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive starting salary of RM 3,500 with performance-based allowances up to RM 1,000.
  • Benefits including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
  • A professional Monday to Friday work schedule, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
