Key Responsibilities

Execute daily incoming inspections according to drawings, standards, and specifications, complete inspection records and issue reports on time.
Carry out special inspections per work plan (e.g., for special products/urgent lots) and perform quality spot checks on suspect or recurring-issue items, compile product quality summaries.
Identify risks and nonconformities, coordinate cross-functionally, quarantine/segregate suspect materials, follow up on corrective actions, and close issues.
Initiate abnormal handling and warehouse re-inspection procedures promptly to ensure product quality and inventory integrity.
Support continuous improvement: lead/participate in brainstorming, share best practices, and drive optimization actions.
Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor; able to support overtime subject to shipment/production needs.

Requirement & Qualifications

Diploma or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or related engineering fields.
2+ years of incoming inspection / quality inspection experience; familiar with electronic test instruments (e.g., oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply). Experience in similar roles is an advantage.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings/standards; solid documentation skills.
Proficient with MS Word & Excel; familiar with OA/PLM/ERP systems is a plus.
Strong data analysis and communication skills; proactive, accountable, and collaborative.
Positive attitude, high ownership, able to work under pressure and deliver results.
Willing to take on quality-related assignments as required.
