Technician

Location: Batu Ferringhi, Penang (Lone Pine Hotel)

Type: Full-time (Shift work, including weekends and public holidays)

Key Responsibilities

* Perform routine maintenance and repair work on hotel facilities and equipment

* Respond to guest room and public area maintenance requests promptly

* Conduct daily checks on electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems

* Assist in preventive maintenance tasks and safety inspections

* Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs

Requirements

* Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field

* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in building or hotel maintenance

* Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

* Able to troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs independently

* Willing to work rotating shifts and respond to emergencies when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM1,800.00 per month
