Qualifications & experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in real estate, valuation or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant valuation experience. Fresh graduates ate encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- To conduct inspections and investigate factors affecting value.
- To prepare Valuation Reports.
- To comply with office administrative procedures.
- To ensure proper record of receiving in/out documents and correspondences.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.

Our directors are registered valuers and estate agents with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers And Estate Agents, Malaysia as well as members of the Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, United Kingdom.
