Medical Planning and Development

· Provide leadership and strategic planning for the center's medical programs and philosophies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Board directives.

· Participate in long-term planning with the top management team to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

· Keep up to date with medical advancements, industry trends, and emerging healthcare technologies, and advise the Board on investment and strategic adaptations.

· Collaborate with the Center Operation Business Manager to develop marketable medical programs/services and support business plan implementation.

Medical Service and Operations Management

· Serve as the primary resource for professional, clinical, and ethical matters in the Center.

· Oversee and ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day medical services and patient care operations.

· Build strong collaborative relationships with medical consultants, nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

· Provide medical leadership in policy development, service protocols, and operational procedures to enhance healthcare delivery.

· Ensure that all medical activities are compliant with local healthcare regulations and licensing authorities.

· Implement and oversee clinical risk management strategies, ensuring patient safety and service excellence.

· Define and establish performance metrics (e.g., patient care quality, operational efficiency, compliance, and documentation standards).

· Monitor and analyse the Medical Department's performance, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.

Medical Team Development and Training

· Supervise, coach, and mentor medical staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices and ethical standards.

· Conduct internal training sessions to keep the medical team updated on new policies, procedures, and medical advancements.

· Identify and propose external training programs for medical personnel to enhance their skills, knowledge, and productivity.

· Provide feedback, evaluations, and disciplinary guidance to maintain a high-performance medical team.

Compliance, Quality Control & Risk Management

· Ensure that all medical services comply with local laws, international healthcare standards, and licensor regulations.

· Develop and implement clinical risk management policies, ensuring all medical services meet safety and quality standards.

· Lead internal audits and quality assessments to monitor and improve patient care standards.

· Establish protocols for patient confidentiality, infection control, and medical documentation accuracy.
