We are a growing niche fashion clothing brand looking for a dynamic, creative, and confident individual to join our team as a Live Host & Social Media Content Creator.

Position: Live Host & Social Media Content Creator at Serenitalux Sdn Bhd

Location: Prima Saujana, Kajang

Working Days: days a week

Working Hours:

  • 4 hours of LIVE streaming daily
  • Working Hours: 5pm - 2am
  • Plan date to start: 27th Dec 2025
  • Job Type: Full time
  • Basic Salary: RM2,500/month
  • Commission: Earn per item sold during live sessions

Job Scope:

  • Host daily live sessions (4 hours) to showcase our fashion products on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Live
  • Create and edit engaging daily social media content (photos, videos, reels, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
  • Respond to customer orders and inquiries via WhatsApp, DMs, or live comment sections
  • Interact and engage with followers in real-time to build connection and trust
  • Conduct packing and quality check (QC) of items before shipping to customers
  • Track and report basic performance of posts and live sessions (training provided)
  • Collaborate with the creative team on content ideas, campaigns, and social trends

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in live host specially in retails
  • 1–2 years experience in content creation, customer service, or live hosting is an added advantage
  • Intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar)
  • Passionate about fashion and up-to-date with social media trends
  • Confident, energetic, and presentable on camera
  • Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
