Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing market and e-commerce planning by developing innovative strategies and strong value propositions for our products. The candidate will manage marketing activities, including e-commerce operations, social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu), development of marketing collaterals, promotional materials, and coordination of corporate events.

A day in the life of...

  • Collaborate with the team to execute marketing and e-commerce plans, communication activities, product campaigns, collaterals, and services.
  • Manage and oversee e-commerce operations including product listing, content updates, campaign setup, and order coordination.
  • Communicate product value propositions and develop sales/marketing tools to support business growth.
  • Conceptualize new ideas, develop innovative strategies, and execute integrated marketing plans (advertising, promotion, and digital).
  • Manage and ensure timely delivery of all projects, campaigns, and online/offline activities.
  • Monitor and control inventory of marketing collaterals for both offline and online campaigns.
  • Develop marketing materials and promotional content tailored for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, etc.) to strengthen brand presence.
  • Plan and coordinate product marketing, advertising, promotional activities, and ensure alignment with product launches.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to ensure relevant and localized content production.
  • Support regional affiliates (local & SEA) in e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and establish recognition.
  • Coordinate sponsorships and collaborations with external partners, organizers, and associations to create vibrant and impactful campaigns.
  • Organize, manage, and produce both online and offline communications for events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Handle administrative support for e-commerce operations such as campaign calendar tracking, voucher setup, and reporting.
  • Perform other duties assigned by superior/management from time to time.

What will make you successful

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Offline Marketing / Marketing / Media / Mass Communication / Advertising or equivalent.
  • At least 1 - 2 years' working experience in offline & online marketing or event management experience in Air Filtration Industry. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiar with advertising & promotion campaign execution, event planning and inventory controls of marketing collaterals.
  • Possess good content writing & marketing knowledge.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills.
  • Strong analysis, planning, Initiative & able to work independently.
  • Systematic & positive problem-solving approach.
