About the role

Jipinhe Scone Bakery is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Service Crew to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bustling bakery.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare dough and bake scones according to the company's recipes and quality standards.
  • Prepare noodles following standardized recipes and procedures.
  • Ensure all ingredients and products are fresh, properly stored, and handled hygienically.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Present the menu, suggest items, promote ongoing promotions, and assist customers with placing their orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional manner.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including setup and cleaning.
  • Carry out duties during shift handovers to ensure smooth operation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk and dining area at all times.
