JOB SCOPE

  • Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, journals, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank book, profit & loss statement, and balance sheet

  • Perform bank reconciliation, petty cash, and credit/debit card transactions

  • Ensure accurate posting of purchase invoices, daily cash sales, sales invoices, and director/staff claims into the accounting system

  • Liaise with Gold system providers and coordinate internal implementation and maintenance activities

  • Manage yearly audits, prepare financial documentation, statutory reporting, and tax computation

  • Coordinate with external auditors, bankers, and tax agents

  • Ensure timely submission of financial documents to the Management and Government authorities

  • Verify stockout items and any adjustments, stock reconciliation during stock take by quarterly and yearly, and disposal of old gold stock.

  • Monitor registration and disposal of fixed assets

  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior accounting staff

  • Preparation of monthly payroll, employment new registration and letters, to update the record into SQL payroll system, yearly closing of EA form to the staffs, and Form E to be prepared for tax agent's submission.

REQUIREMENT

  • accounting experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage

  • at least 3 to 5 years of full set accounting experience

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and tax regulations

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PDF) or inventory software

LOCATION: NSK KLANG SENTRAL

WORKING HOUR:

Monday to Friday PM

Alternate Saturday PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
