Position Overview:

WELLNESSDAY is a modern oriental wellness brand built on credibility, calmness, and long-term trust.

We are seeking a Senior Videographer & Video Editor to support and execute video content for both: WELLNESSDAY brand initiatives, and Founder IP

You will be a core member of the Marketing & Creative Team, collaborating closely with marketing, design, and social media — not working alone.

This role requires flexibility and strong judgement in choosing the right tool for the right content — both mobile phone and professional camera.

Key Responsibilities:

Wellnessday Brand Video Production

• Plan, execute, and deliver video content that supports
• Brand campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Treatment and therapy documentation
• Environment, ambience, and lifestyle visuals
• Consistent visual standards aligned with WELLNESSDAY brand guidelines
• Video content supports broader marketing strategies and business objectives

Videography (Mobile & Camera)

• Execute filming using: Mobile devices for timely, social-first content
• Professional camera systems for premium and campaign-level visuals
• Manage basic lighting, audio, and framing for both setups
• Ensure visual consistency and quality regardless of equipment used

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit short-form and selected long-form videos for:Instagram,TikTok,YouTube Shorts.
• Apply colour correction, audio optimisation, captioning, and light motion graphics
• Adapt content to platform-specific formats and durations
• Maintain organised and systematic digital asset management

Founder IP Video Production

• Founder IP content is positioned as professional thought leadership and brand authority, not influencer-style or entertainment-driven content.
• Work with the Marketing & Creative Team to plan Founder IP content themes and formats
• Executing filming sessions using mobile phone and/or professional camera equipment, as appropriate
• Repurposing longer Founder IP recordings into short-form content for digital platforms

Collaboration & Team Integration

• Operate as an integrated member of the Marketing & Creative Team
• Participate in content planning, review sessions, and campaign discussions
• Align video output with brand messaging and marketing timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in videography and video editing
• Demonstrated experience producing brand and/or Founder IP content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, and storytelling
• Strong organisational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience in wellness, lifestyle, beauty, or premium brands
• Motion graphics or After Effects proficiency

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (9am-6pm) - 3 days in-office/on-site | 2 days remote
