Job Summary
Facilities Engineer focus on sustaining the current facilities equipment, production machines and setting any new requirements for production and facilities machines/equipment. Manage a group of maintenance for production and facilities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide continuous and stable operation in supporting production such as UPW/ DI, IW, DW and supporting for WWTP, Gas & Chemicals, HVAC systems, Cleanroom Air Systems, Chilled Water Systems, Exhaust systems, Process Cooling Water Systems, Compressed Air Systems and Project Management.
• Manage a maintenance team to maintain production machines.
• Establish preventive maintenance for all facilities and production equipment and machines.
• Manage all spare parts for entire factory for facilities and production machines.
• Lead Technician and Outsource team to meet plant requirement including hookup/un-hookup, troubleshooting, workshop service, new construction build up, production environmental improvement, renovation, expansion projects.
• To control and maintain good quality of facility's supply to support production needs such as UPW/ DIW's resistivity, including coverage of other function namely WWT's discharge spec, supply gases and chemicals spec, etc.
• To drive team towards departmental goal, business plan and KPI.
• Department's routine operation activities and employee's management.
• Bright Idea, Coaching & Sharing Coordination.
• Promote team to support for internal audit, cost down improvement, EHS sustainability, bright ideas, good catch and other company program.
• Plan and monitor respective system's Operation Expense (OPEX) as per budget in the Annual Operation Plan (AOP).
• Manage outsource team.

Educational And Experience

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Environmental, Chemicals or relevant field.
• 5 years of experience as a Facilities Engineer and experience managing technicians.
• Certified Environmental Professional In The Operation Of Industrial Effluent Treatment System – CePIETSO (PCP)
• Competent Person in Scrubber Operation – CEPSO
• Competent Person in Scheduled Waste Management - CEPSWAM
• Possess strategic Facility hand-on experience of managing Facility team.
• Candidate must know how to use Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word to maintain varies budget, expense report and presentation report.
• Candidate must have good command in English to communicate with plant from other country.
• Candidate must have good supervisory and management skill to lead a team comprises of various Engineering background towards departmental goal.
• Candidate must have good interaction skill to develop teamwork within Facility and other department.
• Able to work with ambiguity, be highly independent and willing to take initiative, challenge and responsibilities.
• Working in ISO 9001:2015 environment organizations.
