Job Descriptions

  • Handle partial or full set of accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and submit SST returns in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Manage payroll functions including salary calculations and related matters.
  • Perform data entry for accounting transactions and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on accounting and compliance matters.
  • Provide support in administrative and financial tasks as required, contributing to smooth office operations.

EITHER

  • Johor Bahru City Square (Office Tower)
  • Kulai Bandar Indahpura

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good command of Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training and guidance will be provided.
  • Candidates with 3+ years' experience in an accounting firm will be considered for an Accounts Senior position.
