Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Durian Plantation Supervisor located in Paroi, Negeri Sembilan. The Durian Plantation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the plantation, including soil management, irrigation scheduling, pest control, and harvesting activities. Additional responsibilities include supervising laborers, monitoring plant health, ensuring quality control, and maintaining records of plantation activities. The role requires regular monitoring and reporting on crop progress and implementing best farming practices to maximize yield and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in soil management, irrigation scheduling, and pest control
• Skills in supervising laborers and harvesting activities
• Knowledge of plant health monitoring and quality control
• Familiarity with implementing best farming practices
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in an on-site role in a tropical climate
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in durian cultivation is advantageous
• The ability to start immediately is an added advantage.
