We're looking for a creative and data-curious Content Creation Intern to help craft short-form ads and digital content that connect with real people. You'll learn how storytelling, design, and performance data come together to grow a fast-moving brand.

What You'll Do

  • Create engaging short-form content (videos, photos, scripts) for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta Ads.
  • Support the Performance Marketing team by brainstorming and producing ad concepts that convert.
  • Assist in A/B testing of ad creatives — understanding what drives clicks, engagement, and conversions.
  • Edit videos using CapCut, VN, or similar tools for platform-specific trends and formats.
  • Research trending sounds, visual styles, and influencer content to inspire new campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Track and report basic performance data (CTR, engagement, watch time) to guide creative direction.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for social media, storytelling, and creative visuals.
  • Basic understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video formats.
  • Comfortable with filming, editing, and experimenting with new trends.
  • Curious about how ads perform — interested in learning the "why" behind high-performing creatives.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn from a fast-paced startup team.
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or content analytics is a plus.
