Location: Residensi PR1MA Homes Matang

The following is a list of duties as a Senior Building Technician:

• To assist the Building Executive/Building Manager on Site Operation and Administrative matters.
• Supervises junior technicians and coordinates with service contractors as required.
• To monitor day-to-day security operations performed by our appointed Security Company.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and building systems.
• To maintain a proper record of mechanical and electrical parts that have been changed or replaced.
• To attend to minor repairs, replace, change and modify faulty minor electrical components and light fittings in respect of standard area facilities.
• To upkeep, maintain and restore minor defects such as masonry, painting, electrical, plumbing or carpentry work.
• Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work per schedule.
• To monitor the functionality of key systems such as lifts, water pumps, lighting, gensets, and air-conditioning.
• To perform periodic checks, to record and report on the condition of all electrical equipment, components and pump motors, and to report any findings.
• To ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and statutory requirements (e.g., BOMBA, DOE, DOSH).
• To prepare technical reports and assist with monthly maintenance reports.
• To lead and supervise a team of technicians and maintenance personnel.
• On 24-hour Stand-By-On-Call at designated sites that may be assigned to you.
• To always comply with the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757) in the process of carrying out duties.
• To act on other job functions that the Management may assign from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
