Job responsibilities:

Molding Responsibilities

  1. Develop and optimize molding processes for Power Packaging projects.
  2. Improve mold process reliability and reduce defects (voids, delamination, flash).
  3. Manage mold tooling and material qualification with suppliers.
  4. Lead improvement projects to enhance yield and manufacturing efficiency.
  5. Support customer engagements and technical inquiries on molding processes.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Strong capability in production planning and coordination, ensuring smooth operations across 3 shifts.
  • Proven ability in team supervision, training, and performance management for production supervisors.
  • Solid understanding of process and quality compliance, including SOP/spec enforcement, defect verification, escalation, and change implementation.
  • Skilled in material usage monitoring and cost control for both direct and indirect materials.
  • Effective in cross-functional liaison with maintenance , QA, and production control teams to resolve operational issues.

  • Attention to Detail – Ensures precision in compliance checks, quality monitoring, and material usage tracking.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Candidate with either wafer sawing or molding background can apply to this position.
  • Experience in multi-shift production coordination and meeting high-volume output targets.
