Job Description:

a. Accounting & Finance Responsibilities

i. Monitor credit and ensure timely collection from debtors.

ii. Perform reconciliations for banks, creditors, and debtors.

iii. Ensure all payment records and amounts are accurate.

iv. Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts.

v. Work with journals, sales & purchase ledgers, and spreadsheets.

vi. Manage and maintain the SQL Accounting System (or similar).

vii. Assist superiors with ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned.

b. Administrative & Operational Support

i. Assist in daily center operations and general administrative duties.

ii. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems (manual or computerized).

iii. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and business transactions.

iv. Process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms and expense reports.

v. Record, analyze, and organize data for reports or management review.

vi. Review files and records to obtain information needed for reporting or requests.

vii. Perform general clerical work as required.

Job Requirement:

a. Fresh graduates are welcome.

b. Minimum qualification: STPM, A-Level, or equivalent.

c. Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.

d. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) preferred.

e. Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

f. Able to work independently and in a team environment.
