About the role

As an Executive, Landscape at OSK Property Holdings Berhad, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the visual appeal of our residential, commercial and mixed-use developments in Mambau, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in landscape design and project management to contribute to the overall success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. To ensure all landscape areas for assigned project carry out maintenance as required.
  2. To schedule, detailing and coordinate general workers' work in ensuring production targets are met, growing and maintenance works meet desired quality.
  3. To communicate and attend meeting with Project Manager, Landscape Consultant for any details and timeline.
  4. To arrange and monitor all project plants delivery, check on quality and specification.
  5. To arrange, monitor and ensure softscape work are carried out as per design intent and approved drawing, include obtain approval from relevant authorities as required.
  6. To source any resources required for assigned project such as materials, machinery and manpower.
  7. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in landscape supervision, maintenance, or project.
  3. Good understanding of softscape and hardscape works, plant selection, and maintenance practices.
  4. Able to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and local authorities on landscape matters.
  5. Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, fertilization, and pest control will be an advantage.
  6. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure the successful delivery of landscape projects.
  7. Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
