Job Responsibilities

  • Quality Planning: Developing quality plans that outline the quality standards and procedures to be followed during the production process.
  • Quality Control: Implementing inspection and testing processes to ensure that products meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Identifying and underlying causes of defects or quality issues and developing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Process Improvement: Analyzing production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and audits, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Support: Providing training and support to team members on quality standards, tools, and methodologies.
  • Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to understand their quality expectations and addressing any concerns related to product quality.

Job Requirements

  • At least technical diploma or equivalent, technical certification in quality or manufacturing is preferred.
  • More than 2+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication inspection or quality control.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection tools and techniques.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with quality documentation and ERP system.
