Senior Test Engineer (Electronic| NPI | EMS)

Responsibilities:

  • Operate, program, and maintain ICT/FCT testing systems to ensure proper software execution and reliable product testing.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios for functionality, performance, and reliability based on customer and product requirements.
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers on test methods, programming, and equipment maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate test instruments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) through installation and verification of test equipment.
  • Prepare test plans and cost estimates for new projects or upgrades.
  • Identify issues in testing, implement corrective actions, and improve test processes.
  • Create automated test solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain clear documentation of test procedures, results, and defects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic testing or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of circuit design, test methodologies, and troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in using ICT/FCT and other test programming equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
