About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Cum Sales professional to join our dynamic team at IPRO GROUP SDN BHD in Kangar, Perlis. This full-time position will see you play a vital role in supporting our client-facing operations and contributing to the overall sales success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
2. Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
3. Supporting the sales team in the development and implementation of sales strategies
4. Generating sales reports and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, preferably within the Client & Sales Administration industry OR fresh graduate also invited.
2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
4. Advantage for candidates who have used Merchant Systems (POS & CRM) for sales, receipts, stock and customer records
5. A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
