Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Engineering & Technology team. In this role, you will focus on back-end development while supporting front-end integration to power our products and services. You will be responsible for building robust APIs, optimizing system performance, ensuring data security, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions.

Job Description

Full Stack Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain reliable APIs to support seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Implement server-side functionality using Go, Python, or PHP.
  • Manage relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases for efficient data storage and processing.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Implement strong security measures to safeguard sensitive data and maintain system integrity.

Code Quality & Maintainability

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following team and industry best practices.
  • Adhere to established patterns, standards, and coding conventions across the codebase.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure smooth data flow and a consistent user experience.
  • Communicate effectively with product managers, designers, and QA to align development with product goals.
  • Contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration through knowledge sharing.

Testing

  • Test and debug applications to ensure high performance, reliability, and stability.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues early in the development lifecycle.
  • Support the development of testing strategies, including unit, integration, and performance testing.

Documentation

  • Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation, including system architecture, database schemas, and API specifications.
  • Document backend workflows and common troubleshooting steps for team reference and onboarding.
  • Contribute to internal technical wikis or developer handbooks to support long-term system sustainability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in back-end or full-stack development in a production environment.
  • Proficiency in Golang or Python with a strong understanding of server-side architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience working with MySQL and familiarity with MongoDB.
  • Strong experience in designing and integrating APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
  • Experience with back-end frameworks such as Gin (Go), Django (Python), or Laravel (PHP).
  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or a front-end framework) is a plus.
  • Understanding of web application security and data protection best practices.
  • Experience using Git in collaborative environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with modern back-end and full-stack technologies.
  • A passion for games is a significant plus.
