We are looking for a Senior Project Consultant to lead and deliver healthcare projects with precision and impact. In this role, you will guide projects from concept to completion, provide strategic direction, and ensure seamless execution. You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients, while fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of healthcare projects, ensuring objectives are met on time and within scope.
  • Develop actionable project plans and implement effective strategies to drive success.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams to enhance performance and outcomes.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and evaluations to support decision-making and project deliverables.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and prepare comprehensive project reports.
  • Contribute to training initiatives, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support proposals, presentations, and client engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and project efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management within healthcare, medical equipment planning, or consultancy, or 10+ years in healthcare roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical preferred) or healthcare-related field.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia and abroad.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit or similar tools is a plus.
