Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Architecture Design & Development:
    Implement scalable, modular, and secure architectures.
  • Enterprise Alignment:
    Work closely with Enterprise Architecture to comply with standards and patterns.
  • Collaboration:
    Partner effectively with internal tech teams, Agile squads, QA, and Operations.
  • Documentation:
    Create and maintain clear technical documentation—LLDs, design specifications, configuration guides, troubleshooting procedures, architectural diagrams, and UML.
  • Agile Participation:
    Contribute to sprints and retrospectives; support end-to-end delivery with the team.
  • Technology Evaluation:
    Assess and select modern tools and technologies to improve customer experience and engineering productivity.
  • Best Practices:
    Ensure adherence to coding, security, and architecture best practices (e.g., code reviews, OWASP, secure SDLC).
  • Performance & Reliability:
    Monitor and optimize application performance under high load; identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Leadership:
    Lead and coordinate offshore/onshore teams; provide technical guidance and mentorship.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE or .NET Core.
  • Microservices architecture and enterprise application development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to trace/debug logs (e.g., ELK/Elastic Stack).
  • Practical experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with containers (Docker) and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to build and consume APIs: RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and other integration endpoints.
