- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking menu items to high standards.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipe specifications and portion control guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen section (mise en place, equipment, and storage).
- Help receive, inspect, and properly store deliveries.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage to the Chef de Partie.
- Support junior team members such as Commis Chefs through guidance and training.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations during service.
- Participate in menu development by suggesting new ideas or improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
