  • Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking menu items to high standards.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipe specifications and portion control guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen section (mise en place, equipment, and storage).
  • Help receive, inspect, and properly store deliveries.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage to the Chef de Partie.
  • Support junior team members such as Commis Chefs through guidance and training.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations during service.
  • Participate in menu development by suggesting new ideas or improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
