Academic Qualification * A diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any dicipline. 2. Skills * Fundamental understanding of computer hardware and software. * Ability to follow standard operating procures and escalate issues when necessary * Customer-focused attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effictively in a team environment. * Familiarity with ticketing systems will be an added advantage. 3. Working Experience * 0–1 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service roles. * Internship or practical training experience in a service desk or technical support setting will be an added advantage. 4. Others * Willing to work from Sunday to Thursday (if required). * Willing to work on a shift basis (if required).

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM6,000.00 per month
