About the Role

Join us as a Web Experience Executive (Intern) and help shape the digital home of PETRONAS Dagangan —

You'll work with the Digital Marketing team to enhance how Malaysians experience our stories, products, and services online. From content creation to user journeys, this role is perfect for those who love blending creativity, technology, and storytelling.

What You'll Do

Keep our website fresh and exciting — update content, visuals, and features through our CMS.
Support UX and design improvements that make every click meaningful.
Track performance using tools like Google Analytics and uncover what makes users stay.
Assist in basic SEO tasks to make sure MyMesra is easy to find and fun to explore.
Collaborate with designers, writers, and digital agencies to align web content with campaigns.
Conduct content audits, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every page looks and works perfectly.
Brainstorm ideas to make more interactive, informative, and inspiring.

What We're Looking For

A student pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.
Curious about how design and data shape user experiences.
Familiar with web design basics, CMS platforms, or analytics tools (bonus if you know HTML, CSS, or SEO).
A team player who's detail-oriented, proactive, and full of creative energy.
Someone who loves exploring how digital experiences can drive real-world impact.
