Position Summary:

Supports kitchen operations by assisting cooks and chefs with food preparation, cleaning and maintaining a safe and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling ingredients)
  • Keep kitchen areas, utensils and equipment clean and sanitized
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans and kitchen tools
  • Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards
  • Help receive and store kitchen supplies
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Support kitchen staff during peak hours

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Handler Certificate is an added advantage
  • Team-oriented and willing to follow instructions
