Junior Baker

The Bread Baker will assist in preparing the baked products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

• Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries as instructed
• Prepare ingredients including retrieving from storage, weighing and portioning, and storage matters.
• Mixing the ingredients and bring out the dough from mixer for next step.
• Moulding and shaping the dough.
• Handles proofer and oven sections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sections and factory including the storage area.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and adherence to food safety standards.
• Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Moves products from production lines into storage and shipping areas.
• Preparation work for packing and perform packing duties.

Minimum Requirements

• Possesses at least 2 years of experience in Bakery (if lesser than that, can join us as Junior Baker, Packer or Bakery Assistant)
• Ensures good communication with superiors. Should any issues arise or foreseen to happen, must be highlighted to the superior.
• Be able to work well independently and to work in a team environment.
• Physically fit or strong to carry the dough.
• Work from Mondays to Saturdays.
