Responsibilities

  • Design and prepare M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) drawings and layouts for building projects
  • Ensure designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to integrate M&E systems into overall building plans
  • Conduct load calculations, equipment selection, and technical analysis for M&E systems
  • Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents
  • Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning stages

Minimum Requirement:

  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Discipline)
  • Candidates based in Miri having own vehicle and possess a valid driving are preferable
  • Candidate with the skill BIM/Revit/CAD Drafting will be an added advantage
  • Disciplined and committed to meet project deadlines
  • Possess a good learning attitude, good interpersonal, communication skills, self-driven and able to work independently
  • Required language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage
