About the role

As a Technician Aftersales, you will be responsible for providing high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services to ensure customer satisfaction at MILDEF INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD. This full-time role is based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, tune-ups, and brake inspections
  • Test and troubleshoot vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment and tools
  • Maintain detailed records of repair work and parts used
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and recommendations

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • Relevant vocational training or certification in automotive technology
  • At least 2 years of experience as a vehicle technician or mechanic
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic equipment and tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
