Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. Livestream Script Writing
  2. Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive livestream scripts that highlight product benefits, drive conversions, and keep audiences hooked from start to end.

  3. Craft strong opening hooks, structured product talking points, and compelling closing CTAs tailored for livestream selling.

  4. Platform-Specific Content

  5. Adapt scripts to fit different livestream platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), ensuring tone, structure, and pacing match each platform's audience behavior and algorithm.

  6. Create dynamic script flows that work well for both solo hosts and dual-host formats.

  7. Team Collaboration

  8. Work closely with livestream managers, producers, and hosts to ensure scripts are practical, easy to deliver, and aligned with campaign goals.

  9. Adjust scripts quickly based on feedback or real-time campaign changes.

  10. Script Review & Optimization

  11. Revise scripts based on internal/ clients feedback and past performance to improve future livestream flow, engagement, and sales impact.
  12. Maintain consistency in tone, language, and brand messaging across all livestream content

Requirements

  1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Creative Writing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  2. Experience in scriptwriting, content writing, or storytelling — preferably for livestream, social media, or digital platforms.

  3. Excellent command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.

  4. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify product information into engaging content.

  5. Understanding of livestream dynamics (hooks, pacing, audience engagement, call-to-action moments).

  6. Ability to work under tight deadlines with a high attention to detail.
