Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall IT functions – Hardware, Project Implementation (including CCTV, etc), System Engineering - Servers, Firewall, VPN, Network – including cabling.
• Responsible to identify, propose and initiate improvement action(s) on Technical, Hardware, Project Implementation, System Engineering, Network and maintenance issues.
• Responsible to develop, evaluate and action IT related operation methods, processes, equipment capabilities, quality standards, cost and system to exceed Company expectations.
• Ensure that all IT Operation activities under your charge are performed in the most effective and efficient manner.
• Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software / System Engineering / CCNA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, result oriented and is capable of global approach to IT hardware / system engineering / server room / Firewall / Network / software / website management / CCTV management in the Hospitality & Tourism industry.
• Knowledge in hardware, server management, networks and internet/intranet resources a prerequisite
• ISO competent.
