What You'll Do

• Be the
  brand ambassador

• Welcome and engage
  customers with warmth and authenticity, creating a memorable in-store experience.
• Offer
  personalized beauty consultations
  and recommend products and treatments tailored to each guest's unique skin needs.
• Achieve sales goals
  and contribute to the overall success of your outlet.
• Build and maintain
  strong customer relationships
  through excellent after-sales service.
• Ensure the store is
  beautifully presented
  at all times — clean, organized, and inviting.
• Handle transactions
  efficiently using the POS system and manage various payment methods.
• Take part in
  team activities, events, and training
  that grow your expertise and career journey.
• Perform any other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and delivering exceptional service.
• Confident, well-groomed, and a natural communicator who loves engaging with people.
• A team player with positive energy and a self-driven attitude.
• Preferably 1 year of retail or beauty sales experience — but
  fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome
  too
• Open to working retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
