Job Descriptions

General

  • Provide daily support to Store Operations
  • Involve in MS Dynamics NAV Installation for all FM HQ new users
  • Involve in new store IT setup and check staffs (ID) for new staffs or transferred staffs
  • Involve in master file IT setup (new item and amendments example price change)
  • Involve in store promotion setup and product new launch setup
  • Involve in SQL programming and data analysis on scheduler

Warehouse

  • Provide daily support to Warehouse Operations
  • Involve in ePOD support for warehouse and stores
  • Involve in new ePOD function testing and deployment
  • Involve in WMS report creation

Store System

  • Provide daily IT support to store operations.
  • Assist in configuration and maintenance of MS Dynamics NAV system.
  • Support setup and testing for store promotions and new store launches.
  • Assist in configuring POS and Self-Service Kiosk (SSK) menus.
  • Participate in system testing (UAT) for new features and updates.
  • Help prepare internal memos and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist with SQL queries and basic data analysis.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and support for ERP system issues.

Role Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
  • No work experience required

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
