What you'll be doing?
  • Lead QA/QC: Guide your team to meet targets and achieve departmental objectives.
  • Develop QMS: Create and maintain a robust Quality Management System.
  • Monitor Quality: Track product and process quality, resolving issues swiftly.
  • Improve Processes: Identify opportunities for enhancement and lead initiatives.
  • Conduct Audits: Perform internal audits and manage customer audits effectively.
  • Control Non-Conformities: Ensure only quality-approved products reach customers.
Who are they looking for?
  • Degree Holder: A degree in Engineering or Quality Assurance is preferred.
  • Experienced Professional: At least 5 years in quality assurance, with manufacturing experience being advantageous.
  • Quality System Expert: Proficient in developing and implementing quality management systems.
  • Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical skills to solve quality issues efficiently.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Chinese is essential for client communication, with English and Bahasa Malaysia being a plus.
