- Troubleshooting and configuration of customer issues at customer sites
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Prepare installation/service report as required by Project Manager
- Prepare network design
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with distributor/principal to implement those fixes
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Write and maintain configurations/report to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- To assist IT Officer to provide 1st level support
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Prepare installation or service reports
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2, RM2,499.00 per month
