Job Description:
As an Restaurant Crew / Pizza Crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests and assisting them with seating arrangements
- Presenting menus and providing detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
- Recommending food and beverages based on guest preferences
- Upselling additional products when appropriate
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by attending to their needs in a courteous and timely manner
