Role Overview

We are looking for a
Sales & Marketing Manager
to drive business growth in the
bakery, chocolate, ice cream, and food manufacturing
segments. The role involves
business development, distributor management, key account handling, and brand building
across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through
    market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and manage strong relationships with
    existing and new customers
  • Conduct
    product presentations, customer trials, and commercial negotiations
  • Develop and manage
    1st-tier and 2nd-tier distributor networks
  • Map the market and ensure
    full coverage of food manufacturers
  • Train and support distributor sales teams; monitor their performance
  • Drive sales with
    key and premium accounts
    to strengthen brand presence
  • Work closely with
    R&D
    to provide application-based solutions
  • Collaborate with
    supply chain, logistics, and finance
    for smooth delivery and payment processes
  • Monitor
    market trends, competition, and pricing
  • Represent the company at
    trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Track sales performance, KPIs, and long-term project pipeline

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in
    bakery, chocolate, ice cream, or food ingredients industry
  • Strong background in
    B2B sales, distributor management, and key accounts
  • Good understanding of
    product applications and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic, result-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to
    travel within the region
