Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage all personnel matters for subcontractors and site workers, ensuring compliance with company policies and site requirements.
  2. Supervise site activities according to the assigned scope of work and monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with the project schedule.
  3. Assist subcontractors to ensure all completed works and deliverables meet the required specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
  4. Maintain discipline, teamwork, and high morale among all site personnel to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
  5. Review, analyse, and update actual vs. planned work progress to support the achievement of project targets and timely completion.
  6. Collaborate effectively with the Project Manager and other site personnel to ensure smooth coordination of all construction activities.
  7. Manage project documentation including progress reports, site diaries, and other required reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  8. Assist in the preparation of progress claims by providing accurate inputs on work accomplishments and site activities.
  9. Provide technical and engineering support for construction works, including proposing solutions and preparing designs for temporary works when required.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering
  • At least 7 years of working experience in Construction field.
  • Overseas experience will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to be base outside from Klang Valley or be posted overseas.
