Patient Care Receptionist

- Receive patient at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Arrange appointment with patient for Aesthetic procedure with Doctor
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide consultation of product / service to boost clinic sales
- Patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Dispense medications and consumables accurately while handling payment collection from patients.
- Provide administrative support and assist with monthly stock taking to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Record medical billings and invoices, and manage daily cash handling responsibly.
- Utilize basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, for data entry and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front office environment to uphold the clinic's corporate image.
- Assist the Clinic Manager with additional administrative duties and operational support as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
