What You Will Do:

·       Responsible for Treasury global payment process, executing payments for third party payments and treasury payments including confirmation with bank of required net settlements.

·       Execution of intercompany company payments over In House Bank and External Banks.

·       Collaborate with cross functional teams and banking partners for relevant processes.

·       Maintenance of exchange rates, interest rates as required for treasury system.

·       Manage weekly/monthly factoring and financing reports.

·       Support internal/external audit inquiries.

·       Manage banking structure and user administration of the Group's.

·       Support any implementation and enhancement of the Treasury Management System(TMS)

·       Manage administration of Concur Globally.

·       Initiate and take part in improvement projects;

·       Maintain and update procedures and working instructions with respect to Treasury.

·       Support any management project implementation from Treasury Function

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

·       Experienced in Treasury Operations.

·       Strong knowledge of Treasury Management System (TMS)

·       Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook) and SAP.

·       Strong knowledge of Finance processes of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and Intercompany Settlement.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact effectively with cross functional teams across the organization.

·       Self-driven, strong team player and able to work independently.
