Job Responsibilities

  • Design and develop manufacturing processes and tooling to optimize cost and productivity.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production and maintenance teams.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and tooling life enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including job files, technical drawings, and process records.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control and Production departments to meet quality and delivery targets.
  • Apply ISO 9001 and ISO 45000 standards in daily operations.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and defects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering / process optimization, preferably in the metal stamping industry.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks, MasterCAM, AutoCAD or related applications.
  • Knowledgeable in GD&T, MRP systems, material flow, and capability studies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
