Our infrastructure currently serves thousands of users daily across 30+ servers, but we're experiencing performance issues that's preventing us from delivering the reliable, trustworthy, and efficient experience our clients deserve.

We need an A-player who thrives on solving complex infrastructure challenges and can think outside the box to eliminate roadblocks.

What Success Looks Like

90 Days: You've mastered our server infrastructure, identified critical bottlenecks, and created your optimization roadmap.

6 Months: You've optimized our entire infrastructure stack, significantly reducing downtime and improving performance.

1 Year: You've scaled all applications to handle exponential growth with less than 1% downtime - becoming our infrastructure hero.

Your Mission-Critical ResponsibilitiesUPTIME FIRST (Your #1 Priority)

• Eliminate current performance issues across our 30+ server infrastructure
• Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems
• Design and execute disaster recovery protocols
• Achieve 99%+ uptime within 12 months

OPTIMIZE EVERYTHING

• Performance-tune our Linux/LiteSpeed/Nginx/Apache stack
• Optimize PHP and applications for peak performance
• Fine-tune MariaDB databases for speed and reliability
• Streamline email infrastructure (Dovecot) and WAF configurations

SCALE FOR GROWTH

• Build auto-scaling solutions for exponential user growth
• Design infrastructure that can handle 10x current traffic
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments
• Create documentation and processes for sustainable growth

The A-Player We're Seeking

Technical Mastery:

• Expert-level Linux administration
• Deep experience with LiteSpeed, Nginx, Apache optimization
• Strong PHP and performance tuning skills
• MariaDB/MySQL database optimization expertise
• Email server management (Dovecot) experience
• Web Application Firewall (WAF) configuration knowledge
• Scripting automation skills (Bash, Python preferred)

• Experience managing multi-server infrastructures (20+ servers preferred)
• History of successful performance optimization projects

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 7,000 (based on experience and proven results)
